Malaga and Almeria airports begin their summer season

AenaMalaga airport begins its summer season this Sunday, with 124 destinations that will be carried out by 45 airlines. The airport in Almeria also opens its summer season on Sunday with 26 destinations.

Air Nostrum recover their route to Malaga airport and beat their own record of seats to Valencia

Air NostrumAsturias and Andalusia will be able to count on an air connection between them once again. Air Nostrum, the Valencia-based company that operates as Iberia’s regional subsidiary, have reconsidered the cancellation of the two routes that connected both regions, the ones that flew to Seville and Malaga. The possibilities of the route towards the airport in Seville is currently being studied; whilst, on the other hand, the route from Asturias to Malaga airport has been relaunched with a 20% increase of seats compared to last year’s whole offer. 65% of the German passengers arrive aboard low-cost airlines

Volotea Airlines will be connecting Malaga and Venice as from the 5th of April

The new low-cost airline company, Volotea Airlines will be connecting the cities of Malaga and Venice with three flights a week as from the following 5th of April, becoming the first one to operate this route.

Volotea, founded by Carlos Muñoz and Lazaro Ros, also promoters of Vueling Airlines, begin their activity at the Venice-Marco Polo Airport, operating a total of 14 routes, that include another three Spanish destinations as well as Malaga airport, Alicante, Bilbao and Santiago de Compostela. Helitt Airlines now offer their check-in service online

More interesting novelties for Helitt Airline clients. The Malaga airport based company has recently set up an online check-in service for all their flights, saving valuable time and also avoiding long queues at the airports. The client can now check-in via the company’s website between 15 days and 4 hours before the departure of the flight.
