Rental Terms and Conditions

All rates are provided in Euros and Pounds and include:

- Unlimited milleage.
- Fully comprehensive insurance.
- Pick-up and drop-off at Malaga Airport, free of charge during opening hours (from 8am to 10pm).
- We allow a 2-hour grace period when returning your car.
- Local taxes for car rental at Malaga airport.
- Extra driver.

Drivers age:

- 23 years old for standard cars.
- 25 years old for people carriers and minivans.
- 27 years old for luxury cars.

Useful information

- You must have had a valid driver’s licence for at least one year.
- You can deliver your car up to 2 hours late without having to pay extra.
- The car is delivered with half tank of fuel, which you will pay for. You can return the car empty.
- It is possible to deliver your car at the airport outside office hours (between 22.00 and 8.00) at an extra charge of 15 euros. There is no extra charge for returning your car outside office hours.
- The local currency rates shown on our website are estimated prices provided for your convenience. Rental is paid in Euros. Your actual cost may vary depending upon currency conversion rates used by your credit card company.
- For a small additional fee, we can deliver your car anywhere on the Costa del Sol.

What to do when you get to Malaga Airport

- After claiming your luggage, continue towards the exit (important: do not go downstairs), when you enter the arrivals hall, a malagaairportcahire.com representative will be there, holding up a sign with your name on it.

Optional extras

- Baby seat / Child booster: 2€ per day (*)
- 2nd driver free, additional drivers 1€ per day.
- GPS (5€ per day).

* Child booster (seat which uses the normal seat belt)
