Vueling will be increasing their supply of seats to Malaga airport for the upcoming winter season, that will begin as from the 30th of october.

There will be a total amount of 29.000 new seats available on sale. According to the information provided by the company yesterday, that have reached an agreement with Iberia to operate code-share with Air Nostrum, it will in fact be the Bilbao-Malaga route that will appreciate a more considerable increase. Following up from this one will be the route Bilbao-Amsterdam.
The airline also stated yesterday in a press release that Malaga recieved approximately 20.000 passengers this summer from the connections network that they are developing through their operations centre at Barcelona’s Airport, El Prat.
“The larger increase is concentrated in the Malaga-Bilbao route, with 92.160 seats on sale; then Amsterdam with 25.560 and Barcelona with 17,280″, they declared. On the other hand, the rest of Vueling’s winter routes in Malaga (Rome, Tenerife and Las Palmas) will maintain the same amount as before.
A popular destination
The company explained that Malaga has been one of the most demanded destinations via Vueling’s Connections Network, with almost 20.000 passengers. This figure proves that there has been a 5% increase this summer.
The tickets for the upcoming winter season are now available. The company have stated that they can be purchased online through their website at www.vueling.com, through the mobile phone site at m.vueling.com (only available for devices with an internet connection), through travel agencies and their telephone exchange.
