Torremolinos has a long history, as it has been the first summer resort on the Costa del Sol that opened in the 1950s to tourism. Since then the face of the old fishing village has changed a lot, but even so there are still typical spots where you can enjoy the local gastronomy, as well as a wide range of leisure activities, hotels and a lively nightlife, which characterize this popular city.
To get there, take the Algeciras direction and be ready to take the first exit to Torremolinos on the AP-7 motorway. Another option is to continue along the N-340 road, although you will find traffic lights and a higher traffic density.
After taking the exit, you will have to make the roundabout avoiding the first exits, you must follow the sign indicating' Torremolinos and Palacio de Congresos'.
Once you have taken the exit from the roundabout to Torremolinos, just follow the same direction in order to get to the town centre. If your destination is Benalmádena Costa, Arroyo de la Miel, Montemar or El Pinillo, you must take the road that is on the bridge of the upper image, for which you can turn left or right, where you can later exit to the N-340a road.
